Nature of the service
Minivan Vintage (minivanvintage.fr) puts sellers and buyers in touch through listings. Listings are written and published under the sole responsibility of their authors. FPH is neither the seller, the buyer nor an intermediary in any sale, and guarantees neither that sales take place nor that items are as described. How the site works (who publishes, display order, how we earn money) is described on the How the site works page.
Reporting illegal content
Every listing has a “Report this listing” button: state the reason, any useful details and, if you wish to be kept informed, your e-mail address. For any other content (seller profile, message received) or for authorities, write to contact@minivanvintage.fr or through the contact form, stating the address of the page, the facts and the reason why the content seems illegal to you, together with your name and e-mail address (except when reporting content relating to sexual offences against minors, where you may remain anonymous). We acknowledge receipt, examine every report diligently and objectively, and inform you of our decision. The author of removed content receives a statement of reasons and may challenge the decision. Serious offences (threat to a person’s life or safety) are passed on to the authorities (PHAROS platform, public prosecutor).
Complaints and consumer mediation
For any complaint, please write to us first through the contact form or at contact@minivanvintage.fr; we reply within fifteen days. If you are a consumer and our reply does not satisfy you, or if you receive no reply within two months, you may, free of charge and within one year of your written complaint, refer the matter to the consumer mediator (médiateur de la consommation) we belong to: CM2C — Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris — www.cm2c.net (referral online on that website or by post). The mediator may only be contacted after your complaint has first been sent to us in writing. You remain free to bring the matter before the competent court.
